Ulta should show care for what both concerns and excites Gen Z as they aim to create a genuine sense of trust. We should continue to expand upon what is viewed as beautiful by going beyond the external and focusing on what makes Gen Z feel good. Empowering this group and showing up for them in purposeful ways make the most impact.
